Today, Randy Gregory was released by the Denver Broncos in what they are calling a "youth movement."
I call bullshit.
This blames the veteran who probably has been complaining about this trash defense coordinator. Releasing the veteran seems aimed at making the younger players scared. This is trash, and Randy Gregory is not the reason this team sucks.
He hasn't been great, but this team hasn't been great either. They were a top-ten defense last year; I wonder what happened. Sean Payton's messy, arrogant attitude is the problem.
The worst defensive coordinator in the NFL is the issue. They need good players on the team, not letting them go.
This is a sign: Denver is going to play for the Caleb Williams bowl for the rest of the year. They don't care if Russell is playing ten times better; they don't care if the defense is trash.
They want to tank.
This is just the first sign.
